RWM Bro A Mclachlan took the chair DOC Bro R Gemmill presented Visitations were reported by Bros Minutes of the last regular meeting, Benevolence and EGM were read and approved. A Large deputation from Lodge Hopebridge Castle No827 was received headed by their RWM Bro . The RWM and his team of office bearers then proceeded to confer the FC Degree. Candidate for this evening was Bro AOB: RWM wished all present a peaceful recess Thursday 3rd April 2008 - Regular Meeting The lodge was opened in due and ancient form. RWM Bro A Mclachlan took the chair DOC Bro R Gemmill presented RWM 1614 A Baker, PM 1614 J Billsborough, PM 1601 P McLuskey, PM 1272 A Sweeney Visitations were reported by Bros PM G Murray, SM J Robertson, DOC R Gemmill and RWM Minutes of the last regular meeting & Committee meeting were read and approved. A Large deputation from Lodge St John Crofthead No374 was received headed by their RWM Bro W Thomas . The RWM and his team of office bearers then proceeded to confer the EA Degree. Candidate for this evening was Bro A White Bro D Drummond (MM 374) was then made an Honorary Member of the lodge AOB: Practises for the Mark Degree will take place on the 7th and 14th April EGM will be held on 15th April to discuss new licensing laws Grand Lodge Raffle tickets need to be handed in at next meeting Thursday 20th March 2008 - Regular Meeting (Provincial Visitation) The lodge was opened in due and ancient form. Candidate for this evening was Bro J Mushet PM PGL then gave the Annual Report to the lodge AOB: Lodge visiting St John Crofthead 374 to confer FC degree on 27th March Committee meeting scheduled for 1st April Thursday 6th March 2008 - Regular Meeting The lodge was opened in due and ancient form. Candidate for this evening was RWM 1614 Bro A Baker AOB: Lodge will be conferring the EA degree in Lodge Scotia Glasgow 178 on 11th March Grand Lodge Raffle tickets still at hand Saturday 23rd February 2008 - Annual Installation The lodge was opened in due and ancient form. RWM Bro T Duncan took the chair DOC Bro R Gemmill then presented Brethren who were to be involved in the Toast list after this evenings ceremony. Deputations were received from Reigning masters from within and Outwith the province, headed by Bro T Walker RWM 272, Provincial Grand Lodge headed by Bro K Lindsay RWPGM and the installing masters for this evenings ceremony (Bro A Borsbey, Bro T Doherty and Bro M Brown) The ME Bro A McLachlan was then Installed as the New RWM, followed by his office bearers for the forth coming year. AOB:Cheques were presented for 300 pounds and 100 pounds towards GL benevolence and Scottish Masonic Homes Thursday 21st Feb 2008 - Regular Meeting The lodge was opened in due and ancient form. A deputation from Lodge Oak 877 was received followed by a deputation of Reigning Masters and Brethren from within and outwith the province who had been invited to confer the EA degree in the 7 Sponsor lodge tie..
